Career Evaluation - Assessment of person's interest and skills.

Job Training - Offers in-house production work done to employer's specification by conscientious and eager workers.

Job Matching - Provide employers access to a diverse workforce to meet their particular needs.

Job Placement - Determine an appropriate job match, arrange interviews with potential employers and provide individualized support through the hiring process.

Post Employment Assistance - Ongoing communication with both the individual and employer.

Job Coaching Support - Depending on need, assist in training and retraining of work accommodation.
