Guided by the dreams and desires of those whom we serve, our commitment is to provide quality opportunities for each individual. This agency continually strives to assist each person by fostering the opportunity to make choices in all aspects of their lives in relation to work, community, recreation and beliefs they hold valuable. GROW supports individuals and respects their right to lead the process of developing personal goals and establishing necessary supports in order to achieve desired social, emotional, and work outcomes. We believe that all members of the GROW Associates community benefit from relationships that are meaningful and strives to foster such relations with all members of our community.

Established in 1973, GROW Associates, Inc. is a nonprofit 501c(3) organization with a proven track record of providing employment, day habilitation and community supports programs to adults with intellectual disabilities. Started by a group of parents with twenty individuals in a small school building, GROW has developed into a program serving more than 140 individuals with a variety of services. Programs offered in employment training, on site job coaching, volunteering within the community, including recreational services and teaching basic daily living skills and our Day Habilitation providing medically based services, give the adult with intellectual disabilities a sense of accomplishment and self-worth.

Career Evaluation - Assessment of person's interest and skills

Job Training - Offers in-house production work done to employer's specification by conscientious and eager workers

Job Matching - Provide employers access to a diverse workforce to meet their particular needs

Job Placement - Determine an appropriate job match, arrange interview with potential employers and provide individualized support through the hiring process

Post Employment Assistance - Ongoing communication with both the individual and employer

Job Coaching Support - Depending on need, assist in training and retraining or work accommodation
