Support Staff:
| Responsible for :

Training, treatment and support of individuals served by GROW.

Act as liaison between community members and individuals.

Advocate to protect the rights and interests of the individuals.
-
Ensure fair and equitable treatment.
-
Provide quality opportunities for personal growth of the individuals served.
-
Provide support as needed for personal cares.
-
Keep accurate program records on the individual programs and time sheets.
-
Maintain quality control and assist in the keeping of production standards.
-
Follow and implement behavior plans, track data as required and complete progress notes.
-
Participate as part of the ISP team as directed by case manager/management team.
-
Complete work/jobs as required by various GROW customers.
-
Assist in delivery/pick-up of contract work and manage workflow and inventory.
-
Be an integral part of providing support and program based skills development.
-
Work as a team member to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services provided by GROW.

Route Drivers:
| Responsible for:
-
Assist all individuals in entering and exiting the vehicle at all stops and assure all individuals have properly secured seatbelts and need tie downs on lift vehicles.

Interact with patience and sensitivity in all contact with individuals, parents and facility staff.
-
Familiar with any conditions or behavioral issues that any individuals may have and be able to assist them.

Operate the vehicle at all times within all federal, state and local laws.

Have good knowledge of routes and locations of all houses, facilities and emergency locations.

Maintain and carry fact sheets, daily attendance and trip route sheets.
-
Complete quick vehicle safety checklist prior to beginning any runs and report any issues to supervisor immediately.

Notify supervisor of any variance in route time exceeding 15 minutes.
-
Complete an incident report prior to the end of trip for any falls, injuries, biting incidents, emergency braking, health or safety concerns, seizure activity and aggressive episodes.

Maintain all appropriate certifications (i.e. First Aid, CPR, Driver’s Safety, etc.)

Other duties as assigned.
