Our Staff's Mission
Our mission is to serve our community and people with disabilities as we live and work together.
We are enthusiastically committed to nurturing a greater understanding of those people with disabilities. We work daily with each person to foster their interests and valued contributions. We do this by listening to the people we serve, their families and our staff to determine what is important to them. We plan with all involved in order to pursue the individual's direction rather than control their course.
A meaningful life for the individual with disabilities means looking at the whole person. The time and experiences beyond just the hours we spend with each person helps lead us to connect them with the resources needed to help them achieve a fulfilling life.
